Ericka Fowler has been a full-time, full-service real estate broker since 2013. She began her professional journey shortly after graduating from the University of Oregon’s School of Journalism and Communication. Ericka proactively works to deepen her industry knowledge and earned her Principal Broker certification in 2018. However, her passion for real estate began much earlier. Raised on O‘ahu, Hawaii, Ericka grew up watching her parents build a boutique brokerage on the North Shore—an experience that shaped her lifelong connection to the profession.
As a second-generation broker, Ericka is fascinated by the way technology has transformed the industry. Today’s consumers have more access to information than ever, and in response, brokers are held to higher standards of expertise and service. Ericka embraces this shift, continually adapting and expanding her skill set to meet the evolving needs of her clients.
In a competitive and constantly changing market, Ericka remains focused on delivering relevant knowledge and results-driven service. From the first conversation to the closing table—and beyond—she is committed to making the buying or selling experience as efficient, informed, and rewarding as possible. With a thoughtful and empathetic approach, she has guided more than 200 Oregon clients through successful residential real estate transactions.
Outside of real estate, Ericka enjoys life in Oregon with her husband and daughter, embracing the balance between family, work, and community. As both a parent and a homeowner, she understands the emotional weight and financial significance of each real estate decision—insight that allows her to connect with clients on a personal level and support them with genuine care.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or investing, Ericka is ready to help you achieve your real estate goals. Contact her today to get started.
