Bruce Anderson is deeply connected to and knowledgeable about Corvallis and its surrounding real estate market. A K–12 Corvallis kid and 1984 CHS graduate, Bruce returned home to reconnect with family and establish himself as a trusted real estate professional in the community.
Bruce is thrilled to be part of a company he admired throughout his life, having seen their listing signs on lawns since his childhood. He is motivated by knowing that his work helps Town & Country Sotheby’s International Realty® remain the market leader. Advising, guiding, and negotiating for his clients while delivering the highest levels of service drives him every day. His goal, he says, is always to focus on what the client is trying to accomplish.
Bruce’s model of giving to the client also translates to the community. Serving concurrently as both a City of Corvallis and a Benton County Historic Resources Commissioner, he also sponsors and volunteers with CHS and American Legion Baseball. Other volunteer roles include the Corvallis chapter of Rotary International, Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis, and Majestic Theater.
When not busy with real estate endeavors or community involvement, Bruce can be found pursuing his passion for theater and music. His love for creativity and artistic expression shines through in everything he does.
Bruce greatly appreciates referrals and is always eager to assist clients with their real estate needs, whether by phone, email, or text.
